For Discord server owners

One pinned slot. One auction a day.

Below is the bot's real interface, word for word, playing out one auction from install to payout. The server, the bidders and the amounts are an example — everything PinBid says is exactly what it says in your channel.

Press Next to walk through a full auction day, one step at a time — or jump straight to any step on the left.

What owners ask first.

Short answers. The full terms are one click away in the footer.

What if nobody bids?

Nothing happens. No message is posted, nobody is charged, and a new auction opens the next day. An empty day costs you nothing.

Who decides what gets pinned in my channel?

You do. The winning message goes to your moderators before it is posted, and rejecting it means the bidder is never charged. Members can also report a live spotlight in one click.

Are losing bidders charged?

No. A bid is a card authorization, and it is released as soon as someone outbids them or the auction ends without them winning. Only the winner's card is captured, and only after approval.

What does it cost me?

Nothing to add and no subscription. PinBid takes 20% of a winning bid; you keep the other 80%, paid to your own Stripe account.

Can PinBid pay out where I live?

Only in supported countries. PinBid pays owners in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Switzerland and the European Economic Area — 33 in total, listed when you run /pinbid connect. Outside them Stripe cannot deliver your share, so don't run auctions: your members would be charged and you could not be paid. Ask us at [email protected] if you're unsure.

What if my moderators never decide?

The auction cancels itself. If nobody approves or rejects within 24 hours of closing, nothing is posted and every hold is released — the winner isn't charged. Silence never publishes anything in your channel.

Can I pause it?

Yes — /pinbid pause stops new auctions and /pinbid resume starts them again. Any auction already running settles normally.

Try it on your server.

Adding the bot changes nothing until you run /pinbid setup. Nobody can bid before you pick a channel.
